I just wanted to tell anyone considering taking this Teacher Training course to DO IT! even if you don't plan on teaching. If you love, and are serious about your practice, this course helps you explore all the facets of yoga. Yoga isn't JUST postures. Lizzy is such an inspiration. Her love of teaching and yoga is contagious. Her geniune concern for each and every one of her students is heartwarming. I will come away from this class with a better understanding that will deepen my personal practice. Not to mention, new dear friends and a teacher I know I can call on anytime! Thank you, Lizzy. Well, our class reached a milestone this evening!! we taught a community class and had a food and clothing drive! that was our Karma yoga. Lizzy was proud of us. it was fun and rewarding. Our next step is the EXAM!! in a way i hate to see this course end. i have made such good new friends and i will miss being with them every weekend. Lizzy, i know i tell you this all the time, but, again, thank you so much for sharing your love and knowledge of yoga and teaching. i am so happy i was able to take the course. it has helped me deepen my practice!:) you are the best! all my love!

i hope you are having a wonderful time with Lizzy!! isn't she infectious?? savor and soak up all you can from her. she is the bestest! i just wanted to give y'all my love and support!! this is such a wonderful journey y'all are taking! it changes your life.
